Self Replacement method for Industrial Truck Load Cell

A gravity truck load cell is actually a device that converts a mass signal into a measurable electrical signal output. When using a gravity load cell for weighing machine, the actual working environment in which the gravity truck load cell is located should be considered first. This is crucial for selecting the gravity load cell for weighing machine correctly, as it is related to whether the gravity  truck load cell can work properly, its safety and service life, and even the reliability and safety of the entire weighing apparatus. Self replacement method for industrial scale truck load cells

Step 1: The operator first needs to open the upper cover plate of the damaged industrial scale  truck load cell, use a jack to lift the scale platform, and remove the ground wire of the industrial scale truck load cell;

Step 2: Open the junction box, disconnect the damaged industrial scale  truck load cell cable from the junction box, and extract the cable from the industrial scale  truck load cell end; (Note: When pulling the cable, attach a lead wire that passes through the scale body, so that when replacing a new truck load cell, the cable can easily pass through the scale body and enter the junction box.)

Step 3: At this point, we need to follow the method in the second step above, and then thread the good industrial scale  truck load cell cable through the scale body into the junction box;

Step 4: Fix each core wire of the cable on the corresponding terminal post of the junction box according to the wiring diagram, ensuring that the electronic weighing scale does not fail to turn on after installation;

Step 5: Release the jack, release the weighing platform of the scale, and cover the cover plate;

Step 6: After replacing the industrial weighing truck load cell, the electronic weighing scale (truck scale) must be reset and calibrated;

Step 7: After the installation of the load cell for weighing machine, its excess cables should be tied and placed, and should not be directly placed on the foundation ground;

Step 8: To ensure the consistency and interchangeability of industrial weighing  truck load cells, the cables of industrial weighing  truck load cells must not be cut off arbitrarily;

Step 9: During the installation and disassembly process, there should be no scratches or bumps on the load cell for weighing machine, and the cable should be protected.
